Dr. Sherilyn Foltz Cook D.O, MSCP

A board-certified Family Medicine physician with a focus on functional/preventative medicine and aesthetics, she is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and founder of Cascade Aesthetics, established in 2008. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Spanish from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her internship and residency at Family Medicine of Southwest Washington in Vancouver, Washington.

In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as an FAA Senior Airman Medical Examiner authorized to perform Class I, II, III, and Air Traffic Controller exams, and as a USCIS Civil Surgeon conducting immigration physicals. Her aesthetic services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRFM, laser treatments, chemical peels, and in-office minor skin surgeries. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Board of Laser Surgery. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and backcountry camping, and is actively involved in church and her children’s school activities. She values time with her husband and their five daughters.
