Dr. Lawrence E. Foltz, D.O., FAAFP
A board-certified Family Medicine physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), he founded Cascade Family Medicine, P.S. in 1988. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. He also serves as an FAA Senior Airman Medical Examiner, authorized to perform Class I, II, III, and Air Traffic Controller examinations.
After 33 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps, he retired as a Colonel and was awarded the Legion of Merit. Outside of medicine, he enjoys photography, gardening, hiking, backpacking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He has been married for more than 51 years and is the proud father of three children and grandfather to 19 grandchildren.
