Nikki Devine
– Receptionist
Nikki serves as a versatile member of the clinic team, providing front desk support while also assisting with immigration examinations. She guides each client through the entire process to ensure a smooth, efficient experience and helps maintain consistent patient flow throughout the clinic. Cross-trained in select back-office tasks, she fills in where needed to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Kristin Daniels
– Aesthetics Coordinator
Kristin is the Aesthetics Coordinator and plays a key role in delivering high-quality aesthetic care. She performs services such as facials and microneedling, provides expert skincare guidance, and assists the provider with laser treatments and injectable procedures. She makes sure each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their skincare investment.
Kelly Ponomarenko
– Medical Assistant
Kelly supports both patients and providers throughout the clinic day. She assists with rooming patients, taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and helping with in-office procedures, and also manages the clinic’s social media presence. With a fun, positive personality, she helps create an engaging online voice while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for in the clinic.
Natalya Spivakov
– Medical Assistant
Natalya works primarily behind the scenes to support providers and keep the clinic running smoothly. She helps establish workflow and protocols, assists with procedures, and plays a key role in functional medicine services. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
